Terms of Service

By leaving your vehicle at Mobi Tyres and Autoservice, (Company) for services, you agree to the following terms:

Estimates and Approval

- An initial estimate for services will be provided before any work is performed. This estimate is subject to changes based on further diagnostics. No additional work exceeding the initial estimate will be performed without the Customer’s approval.

Payment Terms

- Payment is due in full, upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfers and mobile payments as vehicles will not be released until payment is made in full.

Warranty and Guarantee

- The Company guaranties customers of quality work and of products, and it issues out warranty to products subject to terms and conditions attached to the products under guarantee.

Vehicle Storage and Collection

- Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of notification of job completion, or reasonable duration applicable, depending to the severity of the vehicle’s repairable condition. Failure of collection after notice, shall attract an applicable storage fee.

Liability

While the company takes utmost care with every vehicle, it is not liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond its control. Any known pre-existing damage will be documented prior to starting work.

Diagnostics and Repair

A diagnostic fee may apply if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair after diagnostics. The company will not be held liable for any damage resulting from Customer’s indecisions to advised repairs, or in delay of decisions to repairs or in avoidance to repairs.

Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must provide accurate information regarding to the vehicle and its history. It is the Customer’s duty to ensure that the vehicle is road worthy once repairs are completed and prior to leaving the premises.

Dispute Resolution

-Any disputes arising from services rendered must be brought to the Company’s attention within 7 days of service completion. The company will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably, but reserves the right to refer unresolved disputes to a third-party mediator or law.

Privacy Policy

-The Company respects the privacy of its customers and will not share personal or vehicle information with third parties, except as required by law or service delivery purposes.

Right to Refuse Services

The Company reserves the right to refuse services at its discretion, including but not limited to instances where vehicles are deemed unsafe for repairs or when Customers engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior, fraud, among other actions that is deemed as misconduct.
